About Me

I started off being self-taught in HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, also some ASP.NET and C#, although I have mainly focused in PHP and MySQL.

I then studied a Level 6 Diploma in Web Development and Design in which I am learning more about HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, ASP.NET and C#, as well as the principles used in design with Photoshop.

On the 21st of July 2014 I moved from Hamilton to Taupo to work at ninetyblack as their Web Developer.

In March 2021 I moved back home to Hamilton to start working with Scratch Digital in Auckland.

In March 2021 I moved back home to Hamilton to start working as a Senior Web Developer with Scratch Digital in Auckland.

On the 21st of July 2014 I moved from Hamilton to Taupo to work at ninetyblack as a Web Developer, and have been to this date.

World Skills National Competition

In July 2014, I competed and won the gold metal in the two-day WorldSkills New Zealand 2014 national competition held at Wintec in Hamilton. This involved completing four 3-hour projects across the two days in exam conditions covering topics from Web Design, through to Programming and Interactivity.

Vision College

Self-Taught

I have always been interested in the web industry. I really took my interest to the next level, however where I began to teach myself website development. I started out with front-end and progressed into the back-end side of things once I reached high school.
